Quotes: All quotes are free and non-binding, valid for 30 days.

Contracting: The contract is formalized through written acceptance of the quote.

Modifications: Any project modification must be agreed in writing.

Prices: Prices include VAT unless otherwise indicated.

Payment terms: - 50% at the start of work - 50% upon completion

Late payments: Late payments may result in work suspension.

Execution period: Will be established in each specific quote.

Access: The client must guarantee access to the work area.

Environmental conditions: Adequate temperature and humidity conditions must be maintained.

Interruptions: Interruptions due to causes beyond GM Microcementos' control may incur additional costs.

Application warranty: 2 years for interior applications, 1 year for exteriors.

Exclusions: Damage due to improper use, impacts, aggressive chemicals or lack of maintenance is excluded.

Claims: Claims must be communicated in writing within a maximum period of 7 days.
